RedEdge-P Multispectral Sensors are NDAA compliant, high-resolution multispectral and RGB sensor featuring a high-resolution panchromatic band for pan-sharpened output resolutions of 2 cm / 0.8 in at 60 m / 200 ft. Its five narrow multispectral bands with scientific-grade filters make it the perfect camera for calculating multiple vegetation indices and composites.
The requisition of AgEagle’s RedEdge-P Multispectral Sensors is to fulfill the customer’s need for effective, high-quality sensors for research on seaweed species. The customer plans to use this equipment primarily to test for seaweed and red tide outbreak. AgEagle expects to deliver all sensors in February 2025.

Three eBee VISION units add to DALO’s existing fleet of operational eBee X drones

(NYSE: UAVS) a leading provider of best-in-class unmanned aerial systems (UAS), sensors and software solutions for customers worldwide in the commercial and government verticals, announces a recent expansion upon its existing eBee X drone fleet for the Danish Ministry of Defence Acquisition and Logistics Organisation (DALO) with the sale and delivery of three eBee VISION drones.

The eBee VISION system is designed for real-time situational awareness for public safety and military intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) applications. It is carried in a backpack, hand-launched, and is controlled by a single pilot for fast relocation and deployment in rapidly changing environments. The eBee VISION is capable of visual and thermal (IR) imaging, even when GPS satellites are unavailable or in GNSS-denied conditions. The two-way comms between operator and UAS are validated as cyber-secure with AES-256 encryption, which the U.S. government has named the encryption standard for government and military applications.
DALO is responsible for acquiring, maintaining, developing, and phasing out material capacities, ensuring timely provisions for Danish Defence operations. This acquisition included three complete units of eBee VISION to join the existing fleet of eBee X drones, which are already operational in their mapping missions. The final delivery to the client has been completed.

Green UAS certification assesses and verifies commercial drones meet the highest levels of cybersecurity and NDAA supply chain requirements

(NYSE: UAVS) a leading provider of best-in-class unmanned aerial systems (UAS), sensors and software solutions for customers worldwide in the commercial and government verticals, announces it has been granted Green UAS certification from the Association for Uncrewed Vehicle Systems International (AUVSI), the world’s largest nonprofit organization dedicated to the advancement of uncrewed systems, autonomy, and robotics.
Green UAS is an expanded framework for certification built off the Defense Innovation Unit (DIU)’s Blue UAS certification program but designed for non-defense and commercial companies looking to verify their compliance with cybersecurity and supply chain standards.
Green UAS cybersecurity and supply chain risk assessments are held to the same standard as those in Blue UAS but also are expanded upon in the Green UAS program. The certification validates commercial small UAS as cyber-secure and will provide a wider variety of secure UAS than the current Blue 2.0 list to conduct mission sets.
